We started on the day Egypt's new Labour Law began
We founded Progwarts in Alexandria on 1 September 2025, the day Egypt's new Labour Law (Law No. 14 of 2025) came into force. A new law for work felt like the right moment to start a company built on treating people well.
Why we started
We believe happy employees make successful companies. Many companies hope AI tools will give them the "10x developer". We think 10x comes from how people feel at work: safe, valued and looked after. Happy people do great work, and great work makes happy clients.
A bridge between global companies and people in Egypt
Egypt has great people, and companies around the world need them. We connect the two:

Progwarts is the legal employer, with no middleman. Contracts follow Egypt's 2025 Labour Law and are reviewed by an international lawyer.
