An Employer of Record legally employs people on your behalf. With Progwarts, you choose the person and direct their work. We sign the employment contract, run payroll, pay social insurance and tax, handle leave and HR, and check in with you and with them every month. We employ them directly, with no middleman.
No. Progwarts is the legal employer, so you don't need to open a company or entity in Egypt. You work with your team day to day, and we take care of the employment side.
You do. What your team creates for you belongs to you: the employment contract assigns it to you, and it includes confidentiality and non-compete clauses. Our contracts are reviewed by an international lawyer.
We search for people and review every application. Then we run a phone screen, a technical screening and an interview. You only meet the people we'd recommend, and you make the final choice. Every applicant hears back from us with feedback.
We quote per role after a short call. Your monthly invoice covers the salary, employer social insurance, the benefits we agree with you and our fee, so you can see what you're paying for.
