How hiring with us works

From the first call to the check-in every month. You know what happens at each step, and you only spend time on people we recommend.

STEP 1

Talk to us

Tell us about your company and the people you need. On a short call we explain how we find, employ and look after your team.

STEP 2

Your brief

Together we agree on the role, the skills, the working hours and the package. We quote per role, so you know the monthly cost before we start.

STEP 3

We search and screen

We post the role, search and review every application. Candidates have a phone screen, a technical screening and an interview with us.

STEP 4

You interview and choose

You meet only the candidates we recommend. Interview them your way and tell us who you want on your team.

STEP 5

Offer and contract

We make the offer and sign the employment contract with your new hire. Progwarts is the legal employer under Egypt's 2025 Labour Law, and our contracts are reviewed by an international lawyer.

STEP 6

Onboarding

We set up payroll in US dollars, social insurance and the paperwork. Your new team member starts working with you, and we stay in touch with both of you.

STEP 7

Monthly check-ins

Every month we ask you how each person is doing, and we ask them what they need. Then we act on both.

Technical screening

We check the skills the role needs. Whatever the result, you hear how you did.

STEP 5

Interview

A conversation with us about how you work, what helps you do your best, and the team you'd join.

STEP 6

Client interviews

If we recommend you, you meet the client. We tell you what to expect and share their feedback with you.

STEP 7

Offer and contract

You get an offer and an employment contract with Progwarts under Egypt's 2025 Labour Law. Your salary is in US dollars, and you have social insurance.

Monthly check-ins

Every month we ask how you are and what you need, and we hear the client's feedback. Then we work on both with you.

We meet the client about each person

Every month we sit down with the client for feedback on each person's work: what's going well and what should change.

We ask each person what they need

A monthly check-in with every employee: how they feel, what's in their way and what would help.

We act on both

The client's feedback and each person's needs turn into action. We follow up with both sides and deal with small problems early.

We organize outings so the team in Egypt gets to know each other, and we work to keep the workplace healthy.
